I sat here and was thinking why was this stock wading around in very murky waters the only thing i have concluded is the public sector is not aware of how vast the field of law enforcement is. That has to be the biggest deterent to the market not a very realistic one but most of us never deal with police forces to know this. Just my thoughts Goodmorning everyone.
