From Oxford's 10Q on Nov. 14 " KPMG Peat Marwick LLP is auditing the Company's New York HMO and insurance subsidiaries' financial statements as of September 30, 1997. Such audit, which is expected to be completed by December 3, 1997, may result in adjustments to the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements included in this report." Its December 8. Anyone know what's going on.
