Where is Ambassador Samantha Power? She didn’t go to the UN EMERGENCY SYRIA MEETING – why not? Maybe she has a good reason?

I hope Ambassador Samantha Power has a good reason for missing the UN EMERGENCY MEETING on Syria. She just started the job and is is not a 9 to 5 job. She knows Syria and chemical weapons a crisis. See below is a tweet from her account (did she send? or staff?)
Ambassador Power’s twitter account tweets that “UN must get there fast” — and I think, why didn’t she get to the UN EMERGENCY MEETING FAST? We need our Ambassador.
I hope she has a good excuse for her absence — other work or serious personal matter — because this IS her job, not a junior, to represent the USA in critical international matters:
When Fox inquired of the United Nations where our new UN Ambassador was for the EMERGENCY MEETING, we were told:
“..A U.S. mission official told Fox News that Power was on a “pre-arranged trip” and maintained that she was focusing closely on the Syria attack…”
What is a “pre arranged trip?” It does not say “pre arranged BUSINESS trip” — just “pre arranged trip.”
Fox asked the State Department where Ambassador Power is / was and this is what we learned:
“..Separately, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said the U.S. at this point is “unable to conclusively determine” that chemical weapons were used.
Psaki also declined, twice, to say where Power was during Wednesday’s meeting.
Asked by Fox News if she was on vacation, Psaki said: “I don’t have any more details for you.”
Asked again, Psaki said: “She had a previously scheduled trip. I don’t think I need to go into more detail from here.”
I hope the new Ambassador has a really good reason for her absence. Secret trip for UN business? Good reasons I understand.
By the way, other countries sent DEPUTIES (Russia, UK, France), too, and not their Ambassadors.
Here is my question for you: do you think we are entitled to a full and complete answer where she was? why she was absent from an EMERGENCY MEETING? or are you satisfied with the answers we have received and that she sent a junior to the meeting?
