I'd suggest that if you are going to crib from another board just so you can dump bile on it, it would help your case to at least get the cribbing right. Even if you think the ONTY/Merck management is Data-like in their rationality and only looked at the stratification subgroups, there were still closer to 8 from which to choose. I'll leave it to you to either figure out why or find it on the other board, where it was explained multiple times.
