To all you market wizards:

I'm a bit perplexed, and would like to get some feedback. Frankly, I was expecting the price to tank today after the weekend news story. Don't get me wrong. I'm pretty heavily invested long BNGO, and I was greatly relieved when the price held at the open. And I hope it continues to stabilize and move higher. Nothing would make me happier.

But this news story about the AG classifying VG as a lottery (and thus illegal)is the kind of thing that has just killed companies in other situations that I have seen. 1) The future of VG is SC seems to be coming under increasing attack, and by taking this step the AG seems to be saying that they are commited to the eradication or strict control of VG; 2) BNGO has increased the percent revenues coming from VG considerably (isn't it approaching 60%); 3) So any serious changes in VG regulation could have a deep impact on BNGO revenues. Time and time again I have seen companies get brutally punished at the first hint of decelerating earnings.

So what's holding BNGO up? I'd love to hear your opinions.
