Ever ponder the impact of stress created by having to focus, think and obsess about all of these changes in diet? The folks I know who engage in similar practices look terrible, looked stressed and don't seem any healthier than those I know who simply eat high quality food in reasonable portions. Kinda like my farming grandfolk did, and they enjoyed a healthy life...and seemed happy and unstressed.
