Actually, dobr, I think even the staunchest Mac advocate probably has a little bit of doubt about the future of AAPL. I think fans of anything -- computer companies, sports teams, Special K cereal, whatever -- would do well to know the in's and out's of their favorite things...what's good and what's bad about them.

Yeah, things look bleak for Apple right now in many ways, but I'd venture that they've looked even more bleak in the past. Imagine if you were into Apple computers and you knew almost nothing about their stock's performance; things'd probably look pretty darned good right about now, what with the new machines and all.

I wish I knew what was going to happen with Apple six months from now. I don't, of course, but that's not going to stop me from buying Apple products up until I just can't buy them anymore.
