Unfortunately, the folks who are working today are paying for your SS. As I spent 49 years paying for your parents and my parents. And as I spent 35 years paying for the education of other people's kids, with my property taxes. We are a society that takes care of each other. Not a group of selfish individuals only in it for themselves, as the R's would have you believe. We make sacrifices for the common good. Too bad our government stole all the money to fund it's own deficits. No more than they "stole" the money from investors in Treasuries for the last whatever many years. Honestly MM, SS is a simple and minor fix. The R's just want it broke so they can fluxome guys like you, and further class and age warfare. Don't play into their hands.
