Democrats have made it difficult for blacks in this country. Dems have run every ghetto area for the past 50 years.

A young black man, facing (what seems to him) a hopeless future, may very well decide to attempt to make his life count in some way by killing as many white people as possible before being killed or going to prison, which he'd likely be going to at some point anyway, thanks to American "justice" since Reagan.
