Its still cherry picking either way; they are obviously correlated.

Lets be fair.

NOK is not a rocket ship but rather a contrarian turnaround value play of an oversold stock.

The market cap bar is not very high at $4/share.

Currently the entire space is in a cyclical downturn.

The possibilities... Merger, droid market, cross elasticity with cameras and GPS and other devices, adoption of windows, new features.

A long long time ago I was short and profited on the fall of POS criminal AVNT. The shorts did well. Subsequently, beau coup dinero was made on the long side when it was oversold. I made money short, but I learned a big lesson, that companies that are oversold are often overlooked. There are great values where people turn their backs in disgust. You have to be selective though.

It requires a little patience.
