Dover unit to acquire Finder, terms not disclosed Dover announced that Pump Solutions Group, an operating unit within its Engineered Systems segment, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Finder S.p.A., headquartered in Merate, Italy. Finder expects to generate revenue of approximately $80M in 2013. The transaction is expected to close early in Q4, and terms were not disclosed.
