Brumar, Bloomberg was actually a pretty good mayor of NYC, despite his recent crusade against sugary drinks and other unhealthy lifestyle choices.

However, NYC has become 90% liberal during the years of Bloomberg and his predecessor Giuliani. And despite the positive results that both mayors have brought to the city, it seems New Yorkers are ready to elect an ultra-liberal, for better or for worse.
