fiberman, Staying up so late at night (1:29 a.m. EST) and posting is making you delirious. Short ATI? NO WAY !. Not now. Not for a long time. Yes, TDFX is doing well (deservedly) and TDDDF is recovering some lost ground (because they are solid), but ATI is doing quite well too, tyvm. Look at the awards list on the opening screen of the ATI web site (http://www.atitech.ca). I'm now staring at a mug I stole from Comdex that stated ATI shipped a million graphics boards in the month of October and that the company was the first to ship one million AGP chips. These numbers will be reflected in the quarterly results that will be issued sometime in January. As a cyberbud concerned for your well being, fiberman, I implore you not to short ATI. You'll be massacred. (My opinion only, not ATI's. I could be way off, but the publically available info would suggest ATI is swimming in revenue.) Good luck and lay off the caffeine for a while.
