"It's the Democrats who don't understand economics, I trust Republicans on economics" - my trust in Republican economics is a bit shattered. Their beliefs in reducing taxes is silly and trickle down does not work.
"The U.S. Govt cannot create jobs by spending money, in fact it will destroy jobs" - looks like my prediction on this one was proven true. During the last 4 years, the endless stimulus has put more people on food stamps and welfare and destroyed full time jobs while making us a part time nation.
"The problem with our healthcare system is we need more free market, not government" - I'm a smart guy. Right again. Obamacare is going to increase costs for everyone. Oops. Obama promised it would reduce costs. Not.
"The U.S. is just like Greece... Take your money out of the bank now!! the Fed is going to steal it!!" - And they have. QE is theft and so is ZIRP.
"The price of money should be left to the free markets, not manipulated Marxist style by the Fed" - Again, this is a great quote of mine. Thx for reposting it.
"Obama is far left when it comes to fiscal and monetary policy" - I never realized how true this quote is. Obama is a lefties lefty when it comes to socialism, money printing and endless stimulus.
"Welfare recipients are getting FREE OBAMA PHONES! " - True again. I'm batting a thousand.
"The SS Trust fund doesn't have any assets. It was all spent." - Read the SSA website. They tell you this in black and white.
"SS is a ponzi scheme " - I think all thinking people understand that this is the very definition of a ponzi scheme, the way it is structured now.
"The deficit is not dropping. It's lies and deception. Here is the only truth" - At the time this was posted, this was demonstrable fact. Time has passed now and the deficit has dropped, not because spending has dropped, but because tax revenues have increased a bit.
