Governments have to break up and monitor monopolies. Large government doe not promote monopolies. what are you talking about? They are not connected; and governments can prevent income inequality with:

unions
tax structure
minimum wage
controlling health and educational costs

That is the job of government!! You don't seem to understand that.

<<I am aware of such things, that's why I call for smaller government, since its government doing all of these things. They are not so much the cause of inequality (although they may contribute to it), as they are caused by inequality, but not in this case income or wealth inequality as much as inequality of political power
