I don't know for sure, but I heard that two other universities, and two commercial laboratories, were doing further characterization studies on the Albany graphite. And, I also heard, that until those reports are in, no one else gets a look at it. What's the hurry? Wouldn't it be better to have a resource in hand, before the end-uses come into play? The only way this plan fails, IMHO, is if the stuff is no good for anything. But I give that outcome a probability of virtually zero. Lar
