Accepting welfare payments should require sterilization up until the age where fertility isn't possible. The Leftists are fighting natural selection and artificially keep losers alive and healthy. That only works in the short term as society is bankrupted is unable to keep the artificial selection continuing. When the artificial selection by Leftists eventually fails it's going to sweep a very large number off the face of the Earth in big fell swoop. The Leftists are desperate for a new Constitutional Convention and will murder, lie, steal, cheat, bankrupt the World to do it.
