If the Duncan PD says, "Yes, his parents are both white" that will be the answer. It doesn't change the fact that he committed a murder and has been charged with a lesser offense, which is what really needs to be addressed. I don't really care what color he is, but if the media is going to report it they ought to first know what the facts are.
