John, as sickening as it is, that is absolutely the plan. There will be replacements for intelligent competition. Through genetic engineering, they will ensure that all non elite offspring are altered to be androgynous so as not to be a threat as an overthrowing force of any kind. It will required and be described as a gift to mankind to end all wars for ever and ever. The Left celebrates weak androgyny like Obama for these reasons.
