Much appreciate the info. I understand you're not sure but sounds like it's possible that purity info has been received from a university or a commercial lab but nothing is to be released until they've received all studies pending (if there's even more than one study being conducted as you've "heard").

This sounds great in theory as you wouldn't want any research influenced and have biased results. However this is a difficult scenario to pull off as it's practically impossible to completely prevent information leakage and insider trading.

If they are waiting on numerous studies and plan on releasing any information once all data is compiled I would suggest they confirm with regulators that they're following a proper course of action.

I would hope we can all agree that the primary concern here is maximizing shareholder value. And I think this is more likely from having results periodically released as received (running the risk of minor bias in other current pending studies) compared to having information leakage, insider trading and a compliance investigation down the road.
