Bankruptcy of this co. selling asset to DIP holder, is a form of financial terrorism against the common stock holder.

Mgmt & Dip holder want to rob the common stock holder via bankruptcy.

If Sec. keep a blind eye to this financial terrorism, Probably its high time for common stock holder to plan a strategy on how to defeat this financial terrorism.
