Melissa, stocks are sometimes downgraded due to price. I doubt that will happen here because PSFT has a history of earnings surprises, so it's more likely we'll see earnings estimates increased and the stock upgraded.

By the way, do you recall a couple of months ago when PSFT was trading at about $27 1/2 (split-adjusted) and people were agonizing about "entry points"? I made the point then that it really didn't matter all that much. If you sat around waiting for the magic $26 you would have missed out on a very nice price move (36%). That's a major reason why I find timing the market and looking for entry points a waste of time. Five years from now, when PSFT is trading at about 225 who will really care whether he bought in at $26 or 27 1/2 (outside of Jalali of course, who will point out that TMBS has a much lower P/E)?
