Tonto:

The concentration on professionals being open to litigation is occurring too often in this country, and what is going on here is an example of that. I do not believe that Mike Kugler, Principal, nor Riley G. should be involved in lawsuits, or additional ones.

I agree with you for the most part. I sent RG an email earlier that I thought it was a shame he was named in one of Mork's suits, especially if it was because Mork was just trying to make things difficult for him. It's also regrettable that MK and his firm may be named in a future lawsuit.

I do have a question for you though. Given that both RG and MK are trained "investigators" of a sort, is it surprising to you that RG has not been able to turn up the same information that MK has? He has even gone so far as to deny it after calling Morgan? As a trained professional I would have assumed he wouldn't take Morgan's word on it but verify it or refute it from independent sources. Why has MK been able to find out that 75% of the business is non-existant yet RG can't?

As a trained professional, perhaps RG has been able to verify MK's information. Given that he is also the "cartel leader" he has an implied obligation to the cartel to release this information. If he's verified MK's information but has not disclosed it for whatever reason do you think other cartel members have a case against him if this stock tanks?

It's sad, but the more I read this thread, the more I think some of the players on here (both sides) are a little more then typical SI thread participants. And if that's the case, they should go down with the ship, whether that be Mork or Morgan.

Cheers,

KMT
