If you re read my post you will notice a distinction between facts and figures. Figures, which you look for, corroborates facts. But facts are facts and they exist in plain view for all to see. The General is referring to facts. My question in my post was that he did not ask for figures.

In Zimmerman's case, he was approaching it the same way. Zimmerman case did not prove to the jury that the facts presented by the prosecution was sufficient enough for the charge. The system will ultimately get Zimmerman like it did to OJ.
