I expect it to be confirmed. However, the other side (al-Qaeda) has vowed to attack villages in revenge. People who are victims of the socialist Bathist regime and of Al-Qaeda have been fleeing the country in the millions.

Voters think the United States should provide increased military assistance to protect the citizens of Syria if it is confirmed that the Syrian government used chemical weapons.

I am opposed mainly because I don't know what the definition of assistance is. There are no good guys in this conflict.
