KMT, You leave out something important in your analysis of the situation. Morgan states most of what Kugler said is "half-truths" & "slanderous". Why would you be surprised that Kugler , or the firm he is employed by, would not be held responsible for the alledged slander and hauled into court. Riley, like myself , is no more than a shareholder. We aren't brokers. Who, other than the co., and those involved w/ the co., would you have us go to for info?, Pugs
