Your questions are excellent ones to ask Riley. I cannot speak for him regarding what he does and does not know. Obviously the most basic misleading information released by the company, any professional investigator would be aware of. Solidarity usually folds if losses are involved, and if this fails, there will be finger pointing. There always is. It does not necessarily mean suits will follow. The focus should remain on Morgan, financials, and the SEC.
