I had one in Cape Coral I had fixed and flipped in 2009 for $70k for quick sale. Zillow had it worth near $80k if I recall then and now has it at $105k. I checked recent comps and for sale recently and it appears accurate

Keep in mind the recession caused a correction in housing that went too far the other way. Some of what we are seeing is a correction of that correction back to a more market appropriate value.
