Why doesn't Obama ask for Congressional approval before bombing foreign dictators to death? Bush did.

Do liberals want the death of the War Powers Act to be the primary Obama legacy in foreign affairs? It's already happened. Obama killed the WPA in order to get Gaddafi.

He'd probably be able to get approval. I think he just wants to be a dictator. It's why he's announced he won't negotiate with Republicans over the debt ceiling long in advance.
