Max, My concerns are yours. The defense and secondary a huge question mark in rebuilding mode with many missing pieces imo. The transition they are trying to make will take several years to build. I think the defense will be a rough start for the season and will improve as the season goes on. Our offense I believe will be tough to stop and will keep us in many games unlike last year. Vick worries me watching this last preseason game. The Jaguars defense played this like it was a regular season game and threw a lot of different alignments at Vick. He is still having problems recognizing defenses and getting the ball out of his hand quickly. If I am Chip Kelly, I would be thinking thank God I have a quality backup in Nick Foles. I will predict this Max...Vick will not make it through the season without injury. He is 33 years old and I just don't think his play will change when under pressure. He is going to try to extend plays with his feet and that big hit is gonna catch up with him. I hope I am wrong. Remember the old 3 headed monster in Staley, Buckhalter and Westbrook? Well, if the fumbling can get cured I think we have that potential in this stable of running backs....we'll see. See ya, Mike
