Klaus: The authorized number of shares should be larger than outstanding for all companies. I am simply thinking aloud why APM needs ask for more shares to be authorized now. I have grown to be suspicious of companies not doing well and making such SEC filings at the end of Friday. SUNW actually made the filing after they sent news on the wire that they may raise capital. Sankar
