If I remember correctly, Q4 and Q1 are Novell's favorite quarters for channel stuffing. As far as any news sending the stock down, this is another phenomena that has been reality for a long time. I think I've figured it out. Everytime Novell flashes their name across the wire, a few more people wake up and remember they hold the stock and dump it. Sad, but I have not been able to figure out any better explanation. sf
