If I remember the APM numbers correctly, they have ~24 mil. shares outstanding plus ~6 mil. reserved for the convertible debentures.

40 mil. are authorized currently. That leaves 10 mil. to maneuvre with.

Even at 80 mil. authorized this will be relatively less than what RDRT has authorized/outstanding.
