He pissed off the judge who was presiding over his case. So yeah, she felt he was duplicitous. Because, well, he was. As I have pointed out before, Zimmerman has a long history of poor judgement. This was just one example.

As we learned in the late 90s, perjury is okay sometimes, remember? And in fact, the perjurer is the person who gets to decide whether it is okay to lie to a court. You remember that, right?

Where did we learn that? If you are talking about Clinton, what we learned is the judge gets to decide what is pertinent to the case they are presiding over. Because, you know, that is sort of part of their job.
