That is a great statement and I salute you for it.

In another world I am jousting with a true wacko re AGW. I have asked him if serious believers think their cause is helped by those who lie and distort. I got no answer. In my work life I found that once someone lied to me - I essentially believed nothing from them in the future.

IMO - the cause of AGW is seriously eroded by the tactics of many of the supposed believers. It truly makes me think their agenda is some thing else. I wish we could have a full and open discussion and investigation of this topic.
