MM you sound like you watch Fast Money on CNBC too much. RE markets have nothing to do with that stuff.. The ebbs and flows of the cycle trending up sometimes last up to two decades.

In your defense I would agree the high end is tied to some extent to the stock market and interest rates more these days than in the past..
