I wouldn't dream of speculating as to the specifics of what he wants to achieve. All I know for certain is that our president despises the country he leads, and virtually nothing in any of his policies is for our, or our republic's, good.

All a person has to do is look at his history (that part of it ... especially his early childhood and his college years ... that hasn't been buried for eternity) to deduce that all of his mentors, all of what we know of his parents and his own studies, centered around people who despise(d) every single foundation upon which this republic was built.

His pastor for more than twenty years was a rabid leader in the religion known as Black Liberation Theology, which blames America for all of the ills of the world, and believes that blacks must rise up against their white oppressors. Barack Obama listened to, and presumably agreed with, that anti-American rhetoric for more than twenty years, and chose that man to baptize his children and perform his marriage ceremony. I listened to a half dozen of Jeremiah Wright's sermons when they were available online. Anyone who sat in that man's congregation for twenty-plus years believes that the Founders of America were scoundrels, and their creation needs to be destroyed and re-built in the image of an entirely different theory of civilization which is opposed to virtually every major tenet the American Founders embraced.

This president's closest friends, mentors and associates over the years have been rabidly (and often violently) anti-American. Consider Saul Alinsky, Bill Ayers, Frank Marshall Davis, Van Jones, Valerie Jarret, Jeremiah Wright, Ezekiel Emanuel and the dozens of others like them who would like nothing better than to see the liberty-centered, capitalism-prospered way of life that this country has stood for destroyed from within.

He has also shown distinct favoritism toward, if not outright support of, radical groups that represent the worst of the Muslim Jihadist movement -- the Muslim Brotherhood especially.

I challenge anyone to point to one policy this president has (genuinely, as opposed to giving meaningless lip service to) advocated in the five years of his administration that truly supports the vision of America that our Founders so painstakingly laid out for us. Ignore policies that might have had a tangential positive affect on the American dream (because their primary purpose will probably have been to benefit a special interest group, or an ideologically progressive program, that he furthers).

Everything this 'leader' does is aimed at furthering his personal political agenda. And an integral part of that agenda is the dismantling (fundamentally transforming) of America as you and I have known it. For that reason, I am suspicious of everything this president does ... especially his apparent plans to draw the American military into the Syrian quagmire. Ask yourself why? For the betterment/security of the United States? I think not.
