I'm okay with emission limits on pollutants like NO2 and SO2, as long as they're not too onerous to meet. Like my post pointed out, we've eliminated 80%+ of such pollutants. It would be a problem to insist on ZERO though. Impossible and not necessary.

The NO2 and SO2 reductions didn't destroy the coal industry. It just made utilities install scrubbers and new combustion techniques.

CO2 otoh isn't even a pollutant.
