Don: Called my broker. National Discount. Since they are a discount broker they are not forthcoming with advice. But he did answer my technical questions. Reverse split is an attempt by a company in financial trouble to be more attractive to potential buyers. A droping to the original price after the reverse confirms real trouble and the potential for bankruptcy. I'm not a happy camper. Best, George
