re: there are also many who love the new features who don't post as well Agreed, and that's why I specifically said "opinion" in my statement, not "complaint": "it's highly unlikely they would have voiced their opinion" The context of the discussion was bad mouthing the bad mouthers, but that wasn't the intent of that portion of my post.
