RE: Security Lawyers and Shareholder Lawsuits

I hope you all realize that Security Lawyers are like vultures. It is one of the highest paid sectors of the legal profession and these guys would sue their mother for a buck. I personally know (and am friendly with) several of the larger firms that do this. That said, I apologize if any of my lawyer friends read this-I am only trying to explain the impact of this on the stock. Although there may be merit to the COMS suits, these matters usually have very little impact on stock performance. Do not fixate on this issue since it is a non-event. Please understand the dynamics of why so many suits. The lawyers all simultaneously file suits so they can get in on the action. They all hope to get appointed lead counsel for a possible combination of these suits. The lead counsel gets a bigger piece of the settlement. It is possible that a judge will combine these suits into one action. Meanwhile, the firms that filed will try to position for a bigger slice of the combined pie. Kind of like small, smelly, African carnivores with a sick kind of laugh, that feed off of the leftovers of a Wildebeast carcass left by lions.

Good Luck,

Scott
