Speaking of ludicrous, how many people get punched the face every year or every day and don't shoot the guy who hit them. To suggest that this requires retaliation with a deadly weapon is the height of irresponsibility which you would agree with if you were unbiased.....If you were ever in a fist fight would you have shot your adversary if you had a gun? There's a good chance you would have, but that's the problem with concealed carry and in this case concealed carry by a Neighborhood watchman...
