CSG - It looks like it's diluting like hell. Do you believe the dilution is/was warranted? Did it stop?

I am not REIT investment expert, but it looks to me that REITs are worth buying in 3 situations:
1. You buy it for cheaper than the assets are worth, i.e. low P/B
2. You buy it when RE is down in dumps expecting that appreciating RE will lift REIT value
3. You buy it for oversized sustainable yield.

I don't see CSG falling into any of these categories, do you? (I can see VASTN being in both categories 1 and 2 somewhat).

So are you buying it based on the "reversion to past" metric, expecting that price will rise to lower the yield? Any other reason?
