CSG was a non-public REIT. All those shares were purchased for 10$ before they went public, now thanks to Mr. Market, we can buy them for 7.XX$. Some of the seed money for the issued shares went into distributions, as they did not cover the rich dividend, but now they do. I think the times that they issue a lot of shares are over. CSG has fairly LT triple net leases and owns new buildings. It should be safe to own. I have not clue why investors run for the exit, now that they are public.
