Jim Cramer - Mad Money - Bullish on ths Group Jim Cramer on Mad Money tonight was very bullish on TASR given recent court rulings that police officers must wear individual cameras if they are going to conduct search and seizure on individuals to ensure that this law is being enforced fairly. Jim also made comments on the improving outlook for states/cities and local budgets given the turnaround in our economy after 3 years of declining budgets This bodes well for DGLY who provides similar products and has recently commented during the last conference call on the outlook for its First VU High Definition individual police cameras that during its first month of sales has received a large backlog of orders and just recently commented on its second largest commercial contract of its other new product the DVM 250 Plus
