Yes. tejek, Shepard, bentway et al believe an act of self defense is exacting vengeful murderous retaliation on someone who is in the act of committing a deadly attack and it is racist, at least when the attacker is black and feeling provoked.

They believe that, or they are just a bunch of liars who use this type of thing as an insidious excuse to get hidden agendas advanced toward legislation.
