Unfortunately too much is controlled by WS and plutocrats these days but many of us small local outfits do our part

The more I think about these finance guys, with their massive investment in SFHs, the more I wonder about the "unwinding". These guys chase yield, and don't stick around when a better opportunity presents itself, which it will eventually. What's going to happen when they all want to exit at the same time, or are they passing off bundles to smaller bag holders?
