Poet Technologies denies claims of insider selling 2013-08-28 16:40 ET - News Release Mr. Michel Lafrance reports POET TECHNOLOGIES DISPUTES REPORTS OF INSIDER SELLING Poet Technologies Inc. is disputing the reports by the Canadian Insider website, that insiders of the company have recently sold 155,000 shares of the company, the most recent being 60,000 shares on Aug. 27. Those reports are inconsistent with the official insider reports contained on SEDI. The company canvassed its officers and directors, and all reported back that they have not sold shares of the company.
