You may not know that roughly 75% of this revenue stream is being paid to the federal govt. and to the various ORRI/NPI owners due to the creative financing done by ATP. A very public auction was held for this and other ATP assets and the DIP was the only real bidder. That tells you something. It tells you the industry didn't put any real value on ATP's net interest in these properties for a variety of reasons.
