Very true. My sister and I are visiting my father in a place that's pretty inexpensive to live and are marveling at the fact that since his company cut his pay by a third to $25K -- a lot more than minimum wage, mind you, and without kids to pay for -- he can live at all. Well, part of it is that he doesn't own a computer, have cable or the internet, or can really do much at all. He does have a car bought new, but that was from before the pay cut. He's trying to sell it now. I'm figuring out how I can help him so that that doesn't have to happen, because it's one of the only material things he has.

So, I guess what I'm saying is you've got pretty much no idea what you're talking about, and that you can go fuck yourself.
